scotch egg a.k.a telor adun

scotch egg versi net...


the ingredients:- hard boil egg... minced meat... corriender leaf (tp smlm corriender leaf tak jumpa so i change to daun sup)... black pepper... and salt....

gaul smp sebati la konon... add yolk... kalau tak letak yolk... nnt dia pecah while goreng...

balut telor tu dengan daging yang di gaul td smp jd mcm telor dinosor... :)

bread crump...

flour... guna supaya daging td tak melekat ke tangan...

celup telor dinosor td ke dalam white egg... and roll into bread crump smp penuh...

las but not least... deep fried...
senang kannn...
